  • Express Shipping: 3–7 Business Days (if available)

International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–20 Business Days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active.

Shipping Rates

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

VelvetContour™ is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost, please contact our support team and we will assist you in locating your shipment.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We will review your claim and work to provide a suitable resolution.
